My first Epsom salt bath ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ’‹โ›…

For a long time I had wanted to try epsom salts and dead Sea salts. A friend of mine recommended detox baths etc, they said they felt dizzy leaving the bath and I thought it must be all make believe because how could it work ?

Now after my experience I am a believer !๐Ÿ˜‚IMG_20170720_225405_349.jpg

So I picked up some epsom salts in napiers the herbalists, and had the first bath. During it I did become very tired and relaxed almost sedated at one point and then nothing… after I came out I felt drained a little and had to lie down, then later on in the evening I felt the calmest I had been in weeks and also everything seemed brighter and I felt more alert.

The package I had was small but I had more for another bath, round two ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜œ

The second one was very different I didn’t feel relaxed as I had the first one but I sweated a little more than usual during it. Afterward my skin looked fab ๐Ÿ˜ and omg I had to lie down straight after I felt so relaxed as if I had drunk whiskey. It was a fantastic floaty peacefully feeling !๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ˜

I would recommend epsom salts to anyone now ๐Ÿ˜ I’d love to hear others experiences or uses for epsom salts. As I have read online it can treat multiple ailments ๐Ÿ”ฅ
